《永州故事》简介：
这是在永州瑶乡，围绕土地发生的故事。农民种粮不能致富，纷纷外出打工，望着荒废的土地，乡长盘存礼深感困忧。以苦斋婆为代表的种粮户对土地怀有深厚的感情。又想农民致富，又不能违反国家规定出让土地，乡长与种粮户之间交织了多样的矛盾与复杂的情感。通过激烈的思想斗争，盘存礼终于战胜了那一味为致富把土地出租的念头。党的十七届三中全会的声音给了这位迷茫的乡长和广大村民使用好土地的方向，他们对种粮与发展有了更足的信心。
